MtG: Angel of Vitality

Since this was spoiled recently I can finally post it! A very simple illustration and right down my alley. I wanted to try a compostion thats both straight from the front and asymmetrical at the same time, and then roll into it with those spiral cloth ribbons. I tried to keep the brushwork as simple as possible and focus the detail only where it's necessary. It's taking me a long time to finish up a piece like this and I've been working on getting faster without losing impact. Expect some mixed results from me in future sets, ha! Probably also the first time ever I managed to paint a background without relying on clouds everywhere.
